Guy E. Flynn
Guy E. Flynn, University of Virginia B.A. and J.D., practices law in the area of commercial real estate development and finance. Mr. Flynn also counsels clients with respect to land use regulation, taxation, environmental, corporate, and bankruptcy issues.
Mr. Flynn has been named a Maryland "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics and Baltimore magazines, a "Legal Eagle" and one of the Baltimore region's top lawyers by the Baltimore Business Journal, and one of Baltimore's "40 Most Successful Young Professionals" by Baltimore magazine.
In the spring of 2001, Mr. Flynn served as a faculty member of the 2000-2001 MICPEL Advanced Real Property Institute. He is past chairman of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) Real Property Section Discussion Group. Mr. Flynn continues to serve on MSBA's Real Property Section Council, which is the governing arm of MSBA's Real Property Section. He is also a member of the board of directors for Family & Children's Services of Central Maryland, Inc., Health Care for the Homeless, Inc., and St. Elizabeth School, a member of State of Maryland Board of Barbers, Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program, Class of 2005, a member, Dean's Advisory Council, Arts Division of the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the Greater Baltimore Committee Public Safety and Legal Affairs Committee. He has served on the Editorial Board of The Daily Record (2003-2005), and as a member of The Aspen Institute 25th Anniversary Justice and Society Seminar.
