Prior to joining FPA, he was a consulting Investment Analyst at Dougan & Associates, a single-family office in Salt Lake City, UT. Previously, he gained direct investment experience at Coatue Management, a New York based hedge fund. He began his career at the William J. Clinton Foundation. Mr. Billings earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a MS in Finance from the University of Utah. He was selected as a member of the inaugural Ron Brown scholar program class in 1997.
